  Lots of free parking in the rear of the restaurant.  
  
  Came here for dim sum on a Saturday.  The tea is complimentary and service was good.  The place wasn't busy and there were adequate staff.  As an aside, they spoke both Cantonese and English.
  
  The menu was in both in English and Chinese and there was not a "checklist" where you self-order on a piece of paper and hand it in.  There was also a photo album of common menu items, although they weren't labelled, so you would have to point to them to order.
  
  As for the food, it was pretty standard dim sum.  The size of the pieces were above average and the quality was decent.  We ordered:
  - shrimp dumplings (4 pieces per order)
  - Sui Mai (pork dumplings, 4)
  - beef balls (4)
  - chicken feet (6)
  - spring rolls (4)
  - Shanghai fried chow mien (a bit bland)
  
  Pricing was higher than you'd find in Vancouver and average for Langley.

  I'm so sad. Gone are the days of exceptional spicy squid, tender sui mai. The new owners have changed the recipes (or started serving from frozen). Service went downhill too. The only happy moment is their spareribs in black bean, but everything else was lesser than it used to be.
  
  We've been following previous owners around for 30ish years - from Ding Ho to King Do when it was on 105a. It's the end of an era.

  Under the new ownership this place had been a hit and miss. Used to order spicy deep fried squid and we got fresh squid but the second time they changed to frozen squid that taste like rubber! But the worst is we saw a kitchen helper didn't wash hands before he return to work!!! Unacceptable never go back again

  Typical Chinese restaurant and expect that all dishes taste the same. They all taste very good. Presentation, taste,service, portions were good  for a fair reasonable price like most rests would price theirs. They do have dim sum available to order for dinner and the owner is very nice to us returning customers. We come here often to eat meals and for special parties. They have a private dining room for parties as well and high chairs for young children. Service and food was quick and they will check up on you in between meals and refill water. Always love those fortune cookies as the end ! Lots of people come here and you will never wait in line for a table. Parking is easy to find. Clean washrooms and nice servers and nice looking restaurant. This is my fav Chinese restaurant in surrey!

  This place has changed so much for the worse, used to be sooo good . I just paid $85 worth of bland Chinese food. Never ordering from them again.
